Trust Me, I'm a Jedi - A Photoshoot

Hi everyone!:)
I know that my last post was an EAH photoshoot, but it happened again.;)

Madi is my Star Wars lover in my doll family. She's convinced she's a Jedi.;)

"These are not the droids you're looking for."
I hope you liked the Jedi photoshoot!;) Do you like Star Wars? If so, which movie in the entire series is your favorite?:)

Shona In The Sun

Hey everyone!

Today I decided to take my doll, Shona, out for a much-overdue photoshoot of her. ;)

Shona is excited because tomorrow she and her sister, Kirsten, will be coming with me to the AGP :)

(Shona will most likely be getting her ears pierced)

While these photos are definitely not my best, I thought the lighting was still pretty. :)

(In case you're curious as to why there's only six photos, my camera completely ran out of battery after I took the last shot.)

Thanks so much for reading, and have a great week.

Sunday Morning {An AGPS in CO}

Hello everyone! In July (I know, it was a long time ago!) I went to Colorado and took Saige with me. Here are some pictures that I took.

Not the best quality, but I like it. :)

Above is Saige modeling Caroline's clothes.
And a picture of my cousin's doll Caroline.
And a picture of Pike's Peak to brighten your day!
Which was your favorite picture?
In case you were wondering; I'll be posting some more CO pictures on my blog.
Have you ever been to CO?

1970's Leah // OOTD: Tuesday - Farewell!

Hello everyone!
Long time no see! I'm so sorry that I haven't posted at all lately!
Sadly this will be my last time posting on here!
I'm leaving my doll blogs. In my most recent post on my blog it explains everything so you can read that here, but yeah... I'm really going to miss everything!
It's been an absolute pleasure being a part of this wonderful collab blog, even though I haven't been a part of it for too long everything was fantastic! Shelby-Grace really has something great going. ^_^
I'm going to really miss you guys even though I don't know a lot of you very well.
But a good thing is that I won't be leaving the blogging community in a whole! I will still be posting on my personal blog Grey Not Blue, so if you'd like to still keep up with me then feel free to follow!

On a happier note, here's a post for Leah's OOTD today!
I hope you enjoy! Now to pass the post on to Leah. ;)

Hey guys, it's Leah! So for today's outfit of the day I am wearing "Julie's summer skirt outfit".
It's SUPER cute and comfortable to wear. Especially for spring!

As you can see I have my hair up in two braids that sweep back into a partial ponytail.
I absolutely love this hairstyle because it shows off my wavy hair, while having that cute accent to the hairstyle! It's definitely on of my favorites.

One of my favorite things about this outfit are the colors!
They are really bold and bright, but anyone can definitely pull it off with the right accessories and confidence!

The little blue bow on the shirt definitely adds just the right touch to the look!

Well that's all I have for you today everyone! I hope this inspired you for your OOTD's that you'll be wearing this week!

-Outfit details-
Shirt: American Girl - "Julie's summer skirt outfit"
Skirt: American Girl - "Julie's summer skirt outfit"
Shoes: American Girl - "Kit's reporter outfit"

Thanks for reading guys!
It's been an absolute pleasure posting on here.

Signing off for the last time,

Leah M.

French Fishtail Braid Tutorial

Hey everyone!

Yesterday I was playing around with my Kanani's hair, and I came up this cute hairstyle that I thought I'd share with you. :)

The reason I called this a "French Fishtail" is because with the double-layer fishtail braids, it sort of gives the appearance of being French braided :D

What you'll need is just regular doll-hairsyle supplies: Wire wig brush, a few small hair elastics, and optionally a spray bottle.

First, brush out your doll's hair to make sure it's smooth and knot-free.

Then separate her hair into two sections, with a top and bottom layer.

Take your top section and split it into two equal pieces.

Begin just a regular old fishtail braid.

(In case you don't know how to do a fishtail braid, it's actually really easy to get the hang of, and there are some really good tutorials on YouTube. :)  )

Once you are about halfway done, tie it off with an elastic.

Next, split the bottom layer into two pieces, and split the end of the top layer fishtail into two pieces as well.

Then, just do another fishtail braid.

Ta-da! That's all there is to this hairstyle.

It's super cute and it's great for spring! :D

If anything is confusing about this hairstyle, or you need clarification on how to do something, please let me know in the comments and I will do my best to help :)

Thank you so much for reading, and have a great day.
